IT SmartFlex is a Ukrainian product company that started its activities in 2019 as a subsidiary the company of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the goal of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software.

Required skills:

• Experience in working with Windows and MacOS operating systems, NIX systems (would be a plus);
• Knowledge and understanding of laptop hardware and software;
• Experience in keeping records of IT equipment, experience in the Jira/Confluence environment;
• Skills in creating instructions and documentation for users;
• Responsibility and honesty;
• Experience of working in an IT or telecom corporate environment with appropriate document flow and structure
• Experience of interaction with security structures, mode access;
• Knowledge of IT security rules and information protection measures;
• Communication skills for interaction with colleagues, stress resistance, orientation towards solving problems and helping employees.

It would be a plus:

• Availability of category B rights;
• Accommodation in Kyiv or nearby, the ability to promptly leave for ITSF warehouses and offices;
• Knowledge of the English language (at the level of reading technical documentation).
