Service engineer in QLogic

Responsibilities:

• Installing software and hardware on the side client;
• Supporting clients in solving technical problems and issues related to the use of our software;
• Training users to use the software;
• Ensuring high quality of service customers and meeting their needs.

Requirements:

• PC knowledge and skills replacing and configuring its components
• Deployment and configuration of Windows 10/7
• Deployment and configuration of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, …)
• Deployment and configuration of Android (Android TV, derivatives ...)
• Knowledge of working with network equipment (Routers, network configuration)
• Basic experience of working with a Windows-based server
• Basic knowledge of working with DB
• Understanding how sites work
• Ability to correctly formulate and describe customer requests in HelpDesk
• Education, desire to grow professionally;
• Work experience from 1 year.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
• Working with systems such as JIRA, Confluence
