More details on the website: www.cemark.ua In connection with the expansion of the company and the launch of a new enterprise, the company announces a search for the position of Service Desk Trainee in our main office .Key responsibilities: Ensuring uninterrupted work of employees by solving requests registered in the Service Desk system (Service Now, Manage Engine) Accepting, routing and monitoring the execution of user requests within the framework of established SLAs Remote troubleshooting and diagnostics Consulting and supporting users Managing user accounts and access control, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Requirements for the candidate: Higher / incomplete higher education; Knowledge of MS Windows 10-11, Office 2016, Office 365; Remote user support skills both by phone and through remote connections; Understanding of construction and operation PC, peripheral equipment, mobile devices; English proficiency at B2+ level; It will be an advantage: understanding of MS Active Directory, basic skills to work with the MS Active Directory Users and Computers tool; Understanding of the principles of operation of local networks and Wi-Fi and basic skills of their diagnosis.
