OSCHADBANK invites a Service Desk Support Specialist
Key tasks:
Accept, analyze and process employee appeals through the Service Desk system and telephone 24/7 according to the schedule;
Provide technical advice on the use of the bank's internal IT systems;
Perform the tasks of the first line of support: configure, install software;
Manage access rights to the bank's information systems.
This position requires:
Full higher education. Also willing to consider part-time undergraduate or master's students (any form of study).
Experience in IT support would be an advantage;
Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
Experience in contact centers will be an advantage.
