Weare looking for:initiative and engaged specialist for the position of Service desk specialist who strives to influence the result and implement effective solutions and become part of our team.
Main requirements:
Required:
- experience one year of work
- understanding of Service Desk principles
- excellent PC knowledge, understanding of principles of operation and configuration of standard software and equipment
- experience of working with systems: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Postman, any cash register software
- experience of working with contractors.
- English - at the level of reading technical documentation
It will be an advantage:
- knowledge of Service Desk systems
- experience in writing technical documentation, instructions.
Functional responsibilities:
- remote user support (1st line of support)
- routing requests between different working groups
- interaction with 2nd and 3rd lines of support (internal departments and contractors)
- monitoring compliance with SLAs by IT contractors, training reporting
- coordinating the interaction of contractors and internal divisions
- keeping a knowledge base.
