Service Desk Specialist in Sii Ukraine

We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Sii Ukraine. You will join a Service Desk Team for one of the biggest delivery companies. You will take responsibility for troubleshooting issues with computer hardware and providing general IT assistance.

Your role

• Prepare laptops for new employees and recover laptops for terminated employees  
• Perform user support for the current hardware present in our office 
• Provide ticket management and basic Network support with the help of our network team  
• Conduct inventory process  
• Order and collect  hardware  
• Configure access card  
• Find and interact with local hardware providers or partners 
• Propose a technical solution to the local issue reported

Your skills

• At least 2-3 years of experience in user support (Apple or Linux workstations)  
• Ability to be physically present in the office  
• Experience in IT processes and helpdesk tasks  
• Good knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages 
• Very good communication skills
