Main responsibilities:

• Maintenance of computer equipment
• Information and technical support of users
• Installation, installation of software for users.
• Administration and configuration of the operating system Windows.
• Organization of audio and video conferences
• Configuration of copying and printing equipment, various software (bank clients, reporting programs for accounting, Cisco VPN client, etc.)
• li>TMC accounting by direction

Basic requirements:

• Work experience from 1 year in a position with similar responsibilities
• VO in the field of IT training
• Experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office etc.)
• Knowledge of basic operating systems (Windows XP / 7/8 / 8.1 / 10, Windows Server 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012)
• Knowledge of modern IT equipment
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Knowledge of modern directions in the field of information technologies
• Experience of working with client-banks, Liga Zakon, Cisco VPN client
• Responsibility, communication, attentiveness, the ability to plan and organize one's work, the ability to work in a team
