Key tasks: Single point of contact with users information banking systems; detection and registration of client appeals (incidents) in the database, classification and initial support - determining the type of appeal, its priority in terms of importance and urgency and performing the first attempt to resolve the appeal (1st line of support); processing of service requests, if it is not possible to solve it on your own, in accordance with the approved procedures - forwarding the request to the second support line; closing the request - confirming the restoration of the IT service and corresponding update of the request record; entering and filling the knowledge base of incidents and problems; owning the request, its monitoring, tracking and communication; creating a periodic report. Requirements for the candidate: Complete higher education, preferably technical; work in technical support, support of remote service systems will be an advantage; having an idea of ​​DBMS, experience building SQL queries will be an advantage; experience working in a bank or financial institution will be a plus; desire to learn, work in a team, analytical mindset.
