The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.
Woking Schedule: Mon-Fr 15:30 - 00:00 Kyiv time
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Written and spoken English B2 and upper;
• Previous experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
• provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
• create and process support tickets;
• Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
• ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;
• ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
