The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.

Woking Schedule: 14:30 - 11:30 CET, Mon-Fr

Requirements:

  • basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
  • good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Written and spoken English B2 and upper;
  • Previous experience will be a plus

Responsibilities:

  • provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
  • create and process support tickets
  • Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
  • Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues.
  • Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
