We are looking for a first line support engineer: reception of user requests, triage, initial diagnosis and resolution of typical incidents. Work according to regulations and checklists with correct escalation of complex cases to the 2/3 line.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- basic experience in user or service support roles;
- confident use of Windows (macOS will be an advantage);
- workplace support: software, OS, peripherals, remote support;
- basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, AD / Entra ID, Exchange (L1);
- access to network resources, groups, role approach;
- basic networks: IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VPN;
- initial security-mindset: passwords, MFA, phishing, escalation;
- good communication skills, responsibility.
Would be an advantage:
- experience with ITSM / Service Desk systems;
- basic understanding of ITIL;
- experience with WDS / MDT / Intune / SCCM;
- experience supporting RDS, Wi-Fi, VoIP, endpoint security;
- experience working in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
- reception and processing of requests at the Service Desk;
- primary diagnosis and resolution of typical incidents;
- support of PCs/laptops, office phones, remote assistance;
- basic operations with accounts, accesses, mail, licenses (according to the regulation);
- initial response to suspicious security events and escalation;
- participation in onboarding/offboarding according to checklists.
