Service Desk Engineer (ID 249) in HELSI

HELSI is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

The users of the Helsi mobile application are already over 8.3 million people. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care facilities and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

Requirements:

• competent Ukrainian language and spelling.
• stress resistance and a desire to help customers.
• PC skills at the level of a confident user.
• willingness to learn new things and the ability to calmly and quickly solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• consult clients in chats and by phone (outbound line, up to 10 on average per day).

Would be a plus:

• work experience in the client room support.
