Service Desk Engineer (396) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. 

The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of health care centers and carry out electronic document management. More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 health care institutions and over 38,000 medical workers across Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Advanced PC user.
• Knowledge of REST API and information exchange methods in programming.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS.
• Understanding of JSON data structure.
• High level of written literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Technical support clients.
• Analysis and correction of errors arising from the client side.
• Communication with external teams.
• Testing of developments that are delivered to the service.
• Keeping documentation on the development of functionality.
• Processing requests in Jira.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with curl, Postman utilities.
• Experience with service desk/help desk systems and bug tracking systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• Available programming/testing pet projects.
