We are currently looking for a System Administrator to join our team.
What are you you will:
Reproduce, analyze and evaluate requests and their impact to resolve incidents or escalate them as needed.
Communicate with other departments to resolve technical issues.
Monitor SLA compliance during incident resolution and escalate unresolved issues questions.
Perform the functions of the first and second line of technical support (according to the L2 model).
About you:
System administrator with proven practical experience of working with office infrastructure (from 1 year).
Administration of desktop operating systems, work with hardware.
Windows: support of client OSes (Windows 10), Windows Server (AD, group policies, print services).
macOS: support of client OSes.
Networks: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, principles of routing and switching.
Common tools and systems: Asana, AD, SCCM, CrowdStrike, Confluence, Acronis, software and hardware diagnostics, SQL, Slack, G Suite, Intune, Azure, JAMF.
User and service orientation.
Ability to independently perform all local IT tasks in the office (preparation of workstations, workstations etc.).
The level of English is Intermediate or higher.
