Role
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Service Desk Engineer to join our IT team. The main task is to provide internal technical support to users. You will perform 1st Line Support functions and, depending on your experience and skills, you will be involved in system administration tasks. 400">
Registration, prioritization and documentation of requests and incidents in the Service Desk system.Escalation of requests to relevant specialists or teams as necessary.Providing technical support to users in the office and remotely.Installing, configuring and updating software on work devices.Performing scheduled maintenance hardware and software.Collaboration with the internal IT team to resolve ongoing technical issues.Execution of routine access control tasks (password reset, account activation/deactivation, etc.).Participation in basic systems administration (with the possibility of training if necessary).Preparation of technical documentation, instructions and manuals for end users.Requirements for the candidate:
- A confident user of Windows, macOS and Unix systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory and the basics of computer networks (DHCP, DNS, model OSI) normal; font-weight: 400">It will be an advantage:
