Experience in the field of information technologies from 1 year

Experienced user of a personal computer (operating systems of the Microsoft Windows family)

Skills in working with office equipment

Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Skills in administration of operating systems of the Microsoft Windows family (AD, PowerShell)

Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals and organizational equipment

Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP)

Experience with VMWare virtualization system

User support

Resolving technical issues and problems that users may have (problems with computers, printers, software)

Providing advice and support on the use of IT company systems

Installation and configuration of equipment

Installation and configuration of computers, printers, scanners, routers and other equipment

Periodic maintenance and updating of equipment. 

Administration of operating systems

Management of operating systems on users' computers (installation, configuration, updates)

Resolving problems and conflicts related to operating systems .
