YOUR TASKS WILL BE: development and maintenance of an up-to-date Customer Journey Map/Service Blueprint and user personas organization and provision of customer surveys (qualitative, quantitative) to identify key factors affecting customer satisfaction; preparation of information and analytical reports (regular and requested) on significant factors of customer dissatisfaction with recommendations for improving the customer experience; implementation of service design projects, forming hypotheses, prototyping and testing them by customers, implementation of changes; training in Design Thinking/Service Design for colleagues from different divisions; requirements, involvement and coordination of work of service design agencies or other contracting organizations.
