YOUR TASKS IN THE POSITION WILL BE: development and support up-to-date Customer Journey Map/Service Blueprint and user personas; organization and provision of customer research (qualitative, quantitative) to identify key factors affecting customer satisfaction; preparation of information and analytical reports (regular and on request) with significant factors of customer dissatisfaction and recommendations for improving the customer experience; implementation of service design projects, formation of hypotheses, prototyping and testing them with customers, implementation of changes; conducting training in Design Thinking/Service Design for colleagues from different divisions; if necessary, involving and coordinating the work of service design agencies or others contracting organizations.
