Service Designer in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Service Designer who strives to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative. Connections: Organization and facilitation of Design Thinking/ Service Design workshops for designing (or redesigning) new experiences for customers, employees and partners. Construction, analysis and maintenance of digital maps of the customer experience (Customer Journey Map, Service Blueprint, System Map, etc.) Planning, organization and conducting of in-depth interviews usability testing session, launch and processing of surveys Analysis and systematization of data Visualization and presentation of data obtained during research Basic requirements: Practical experience in applying the Design Thinking/Service Design methodology both for the implementation of full-cycle projects and for solving specific tasks Experience in the field of group work facilitation in cross-functional teams Work experience Service as a designer or Product as a designer Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research Work with specialized software: Miro, Figma, UXPressia, etc. Knowledge of popular design processes such as Design Thinking and Double Diamond , courses, trainings for professional development, the possibility of paying for external certifications Remote work schedule, day shift from Monday to Friday (8 hours, 09:00-18:00) Interesting and large-scale projects, significant and useful products PrivatBank is open to support and employment of veterans, as well as people with disabilities We do not accept discrimination based on health and physical capabilities, age, race, ethnicity, gender, and marital status.
