Send over your CV, and let's get to know each other better.Requirements:Administrative/operational background in IT outsourcing, Services, or Product companies;Basic knowledge of financials: understanding of cost allocation principles, budgeting process;Experience with HR and recruitment processes;Experience in client account management will be a plus;Service/client oriented;Understanding of project management;Knowledge of change and expectation management;English – advanced level;Good team player;Ability to build relationship and trust;Excellent communication skills;Result-oriented, “Get things done” attitude.Responsibilities:Cooperating with back-office departments to deliver a high-level service to the clients;Collaborating with a Client Success team to build long-lasting relationships with clients;Coordinating operational activities (hiring, payments, terminations, etc.) and acting as a first point of contact on client’s requests;Ensuring service SLAs achieved; Managing invoicing process; Participating in budgeting process; Solving people-related issues in cooperation with HR; Reporting; Implementing initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
