We invite you to join the team Service Support Manager,who loves dynamics, takes the initiative and strives to make the service stronger every day!

Key tasks

• Accepting requests via chats, phone and ticket system.
• Providing feedback on the status and result of problem solving.
• Control execution - coordination of specialists, monitoring of progress.
• Management of expectations of customers and internal teams.
• Monitoring of services, prompt response to critical notifications.
• Transformation of support into a full-fledged service - proactivity, process, quality improvement

It will be cool if you

• Possess Polish or English at a conversational level.
• Have experience with Zabbix or other monitoring systems.
• Worked with Zendesk or similar ticket systems.
• Used Postman and have basic knowledge of SQL.
• Quick learner, able to think outside the box and work actively.
• Attentive to details, communicate competently and are not afraid phone calls.
• You can explain complex things in a simple and accessible way.
