What you will need to do: Manage the service center, configure, optimize and standardize the processes of the service center, as well as interactions with other departments (finance, logistics, production); Coordinate the processes of RMA/ Recall/Reclamation; Monitor compliance with the deadlines and quality of diagnostics/repair works; Be engaged in budgeting, reporting, warehouse accounting for service center warehouses, their periodic inventory; Conducting analytics based on the results of completed repairs. Requirements: Experience in managing a service center/department for electronic maintenance technical or similar experience in a managerial position; Technical education will be an advantage; Understanding of warehouse discipline; Experience of working with European markets, interaction with international logistics will be an advantage; English language not below the Intermediate level.
