We work in the direction of B2B (with businesses), not with retail customers. The level of business organization and communication with corporate clients is appropriate. https://fixee.com.ua/It is important for us: experience of working in electronics service centers in similar positions (with mobile phones is an advantage); understanding of the main characteristics of devices and typical breakdowns (Apple, Xiaomi phones and accessories); experience of working in accounting programs (preferably 1C); experience in communication with customers; responsibility, organization and efficiency. What you have to do: monitor repair deadlines and communicate with customers regarding warranty cases; keep records of devices (acceptance, transfer, return); conduct inventory.
