Vacancy: Service center specialist Description of responsibilities: Reception and issuance of tools for repair, registration in the accounting system. Communication with customers during the execution of orders (notifying customers about the results of work, determining deadlines, etc.). Preparation and maintenance of documentation for repairs. Registration warranty complaints. Work with drawings for the selection of spare parts. Development of long-term relationships with customers. Processing of incoming customer calls, consultation on the possibilities, timing and cost of repairs and spare parts. Requirements: Preferably - technical education or experience working in a service center. accounting systems and CRM systems. Understanding the specifics of service center work. Diplomacy and the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers. Excellent command of the Ukrainian language.
