Processing of incoming customer calls, consultation on the possibilities, timing and cost of repairs and spare parts. Requirements: Preferably - technical education or experience working in a service center. accounting systems and CRM systems. Understanding the specifics of service center work. Diplomacy and the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers. Excellent command of the Ukrainian language.
