Service and warranty sales manager, technical consultant in Mobayl Hevi Mashineri, TOV

Requirements:

• work experience: welcome, but willing to consider candidates without work experience
• skills: cold calling , conducting effective negotiations, the ability to search for spare parts in catalogs, concluding contracts, drawing up invoices and acts;
• knowledge of the English language (required);
• preferably work experience in BAF / Alfa- Car;
• preferably having a driver's license category B.

Responsibilities:

• active search customers for the sale of service services
• cold calls, visits to enterprises,
• maintenance of the customer base; 
• search for tenders and preparation of tender offers and participation in tenders
• placement of orders for the necessary imported spare parts for the service and search for spare parts in Ukraine for the needs of the service;
• supply of spare parts to the company's warehouse and/or to mechanics who are on the road
• acceptance of spare parts to the warehouse (visual and documentary), registration of the issue of spare parts, carrying out inventory of the warehouse
• work with customers: preparation of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, control over payment of receivables, drawing up of acts of completed work based on acts of mechanics
