SERM Specialist (SEO) in Netpeak

Netpeak agency is looking for a SERM specialist to develop a relatively young search engine reputation management unit. Currently, our SERM portfolio includes more than 25 brands with successful cases in various niches: Finance & Fintech, Health & Care, SaaS, Real Estate, E-commerce and Classifieds. Geo projects — not only Ukraine, but also Western markets (USA, Europe, etc.). Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 to 19 :00. The possibility to work in an office in Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv or remotely. Paid vacation in the amount of 24 calendar days with observance of public holidays, paid sick days. What we expect from the candidate: Work experience in the position of SERM specialist from 1 year, in agencies or in-house. Understanding search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Knowledge of SERM optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project. The ability to quickly understand any topic, process, problem. It will be an advantage to know English at the B2 level, or B1 with readiness quickly learn to B2. What needs to be done: Development and implementation of SERM strategies on client projects. Tracking the information field in the top positions of search engines. Working with negativity and publishing PR materials. Searching for non-standard solutions and testing hypotheses to achieve the desired results on projects. Maintaining a positive image of the client's brand.
