Requirements:

• Experience in the position of SEO specialist from 3 years, Team Lead from 1 year
• Confirmed experience in the gaming niche on projects created by you (or on your TK) from scratch
• Practical experience of achieving TOP-1-3 for high-frequency non-brand keywords (successful independent projects)
• Experience of managing several projects at the same time in different geos
• Understanding White Hat and Black Hat methods of promotion
• Analysis of problem areas in SEO strategy and process automation
• Experience of working with a team: training, management, delegation of tasks
• Experience of attracting traffic from various sources
• Knowledge of the English language at the level B1+

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the creation of a new team
• Development and implementation of SEO strategies for Tier ? projects (all types of traffic and products)
• Working both with branded yes and not by brand traffic
• Participation in hiring new specialists (SEO, programmers, link builders, content managers, etc.)
• Analysis and research into new techniques, hypothesizing and conducting experiments
• Achieving results in highly competitive niches using various methods
