SEO Team Lead for MD Finance in TalentIn

MD Finance is an international FinTech company with financial projects in various markets and market segments. Our main business streams include Online lending, KYC, LaaS (lending as a service software) products, and AdTech activities. Our internal MD Finance talent team has launched and managed all these verticals. We are looking for a SEO Team Lead for our marketing team, to handle all SEO processes and grow the volume of organictraffic. Main Responsibilities: Full ownership over SEO function and team Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and traffic Analyze data and study the market to develop effective strategies Reporting on project results Define metrics, create dashboards if needed Planning the cost and income structure of the project Expected Results: Conduct seo audit and develop strategy Create dashboard with main metrics of effectiveness of SEO direction Create plan of the visibility growth and conversion forecast Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in a full cycle of project planning — market research/budgets and resources/project structure/strategy description At least 5 years of experience with SEO Practical experience in competitor analysis (on-page/off-page) Technical expertise (knowledge of technical aspects of SEO) and deep understanding of how search engines work Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions At least theoretical experience in the relationship between conversion/funnel and SEO strategy Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken) Additional: Experience in the PDL niche will be a plus Long-term work in one project
