We are a marketing company that has been successfully developing in the media field for more than 4 years.

Now we are looking for a talented SEO Team Lead who is ready to build SEO processes and lead the SEO direction in the company. Be sure to consider specialists who have successful cases of building an SEO team from scratch in the IGaming niche.

Tasks:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for projects;
• Selection, building and daily management of a team of SEO specialists (communication/control/training);
• Launching and promotion of sites from scratch for different regions;
• Analyze and research niches/competitors;
• Supervise all other standard tasks related to SEO promotion of sites: link building plans, work with texts, technical optimization, etc.;
• Adhere to planned performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Experience in building a team (set of SEO specialists of various levels);
• 2+ years of work experience in the position of SEO Team Lead/ Head of SEO;
• Work experience in competitive niches - betting, gambling - presence of successful cases in these niches ;
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level (ideally - Advanced);
• Experience of effective management of a team of SEO specialists;
• High level of understanding of On-Page and Off-Page site optimization;
• Understanding of White Hat and Black Hat promotion techniques. Experience promoting projects using White Hat methods in gray niches is a must.
• Experience in promoting projects in different "Burj" geolocations, etc.;

Hard Skills (SEO tools):

Must-have: Advanced Ahrefs, SemRush, artificial intelligence tools intelligence, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Screaming Frog, SEranking, URL Profiler;

Nice to have: Link Research Tools, GTMetrix, Notion, Jira, Asana;

Programming and markup languages: JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS.

Soft Skills:
