At SmartyAds, we’re looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional to join us as a  SEO Team Lead .

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-level SEO strategies for all projects according to the OKR methodology.
• Manage a team of SEO specialists.
• Configure task management systems and organize workflows within the SEO department.
• Conduct analysis and audits of web project results.
• Perform SEO experiments and create technical task templates based on their results.
• Analyze and optimize costs in the SEO and Link-building departments.
• Lead the SEO promotion of core projects.
• Develop marketing ideas and strategies for project growth.
• Collaborate with other professionals: web developers, designers, and content managers.
• Prepare reports and present achieved results.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO positions within highly competitive niches, and at least 2 years as an SEO Team Lead.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to deeply analyze the niche and market situation, draw conclusions, and develop strategies for further development based on the obtained data, including budgeting projects.
• Ability to motivate the team, set key SEO KPIs, experience in conducting one-on-one meetings, solving complex issues, delegating processes, and controlling their execution.
• Experience in launching projects from scratch in highly competitive niches, scaling results, and providing examples of successfully implemented cases.
• Professional proficiency in SEO tools, as well as the ability to work with large volumes of information (advanced user of Google Spreadsheets, RegEx).
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
