We are currently looking for a SEO Team Lead in a team working on a grid of sites. The mission of this position is to maximize site conversion through effective team management and quality cross-team interaction.

Experience we are looking for:

• Experience work in the position of SEO in highly competitive niches from 3 years, as well as in the position of SEO Team Lead from 1 year;
• analytical abilities, the ability to deeply analyze the niche, the market situation, draw conclusions and draw up a strategy for further development on the basis of received data, form a project budget;
• ability to motivate the team, determine key SEO KPIs, experience in holding 1-1 meetings, solving complex issues, ability to delegate processes and control them implementation;
• experience of launching projects from 0 in highly competitive niches, scaling results and examples of successfully implemented cases;
• professional mastery of SEO tools, as well as the ability to work with large volumes of information (advanced Google users Spreadsheets, RegEx);
• English language not lower than B2 level.

It will be a plus:

• successful experience with reddit/discord/medium/twitter/LinkedIn/any other social traffic sources and the so-called "parasite seo" (conversion outreach articles on trusted resources).

Your tasks will be:

• management of a team of 3 SEO specialists, for the needs of team expansion;
• development, validation and control of implementation of SEO project strategies by the team;
• planning, control and optimization of the marketing budget of team projects;
• analysis of the results of previous strategies and forecasting of future results;
• risk management of the chosen promotion strategy and prompt response when these risks occur;< /li>
• search for areas of traffic growth by the team through an in-depth analysis of niches and sub-niches of the market;
• full-fledged launch of sites from scratch independently or with the involvement of a team;
• maintenance of the relevance of SEO approaches through testing of new tools, services, tools;
• conducting SEO tests and experiments;
• reporting and presentation of team work results;
• creating and updating SEO documentation -processes.
