We are currently looking for a talented and experienced SEO Team Lead who lead our team of SEO specialists. We are looking for a leader who can lead a team, develop and implement search engine optimization strategies for our clients, as well as analyze and improve results.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of SEO specialists, coordinating their work and providing support.
• Development and implementation of effective SEO strategies to improve the search performance of clients' sites.
• Monitoring and analysis of SEO campaigns, making adjustments to achieve the best results.

• Communication with clients, current and potential.
• Control of project planning and reporting.
• Conducting SEO audits, analyzing competition and searching for new opportunities to improve the visibility of sites.< /li>
• Working with analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Majestic);
• Constant training of the team on new trends and changes in SEO.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of SEO specialist or SEO Team Lead from 9 months.
• Deep knowledge in the field of SEO and search algorithms.
• Experience of successful managing a team of SEO specialists.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Skills in data analysis and use of SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Majestic .);
• Optimization of processes, control of workload of specialists, development of new business processes, etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adhere to deadlines.
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
