Affiliate sports portal Tips.gg with a fairly large traffic and audience. We are currently looking for a strong SEO specialist (Senior/Teamlead level) who will help reboot the SEO processes in the company and bring our product to new traffic heights. We have already reached 1+ million users per month, and making x2 will be your main goal. 🚀

Our expectations from the candidate:

• At least 5 years in SEO and successful cases;
• Experience in building an SEO team and internal processes, setting/monitoring KPIs for it;
• Ability to develop and implement successful SEO strategies;
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors;
• Mandatory experience in Programmatic SEO approaches and working with large sites (e-commerce, aggregators, marketplaces, news sites, etc.);
• High level of knowledge of technical SEO: ability to analyze logs (Jetoctopus, Logstash, etc.), construction of various internal theories (relinking, structure, indexing ban, etc.), their implementation and the ability to draw correct conclusions;
• Interest in the SEO industry in general, following trends and a constant desire to improve your knowledge.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Deep analysis of the current state of the project (on-page, off-page), making your comments and recommendations, building an SEO strategy for the next six months and implementing this plan;
• Improvement of processes in the SEO department: help in searching for specialists, conducting interviews, setting and monitoring goals for the team (3-4 people), involving in training and improving the work of subordinates;
• Working with external links; coordination of placements with an outreach specialist, promotion of the brand (trust) through placement of really high-quality links and materials on external sites;
• Implementation of your SEO ideas on the programmatic part of the site and obtaining positive results;
• Improvement of the content part of the site for commercial requests: work with semantics, creation of a content plan, control over execution, prompt introduction of changes;
• Improving the E-A-T factors of the site and the brand component of the product as a whole;
• Promotion of product semantics of the site (paid subscriptions);
• Analysis of the obtained results and conversions of various types of traffic/GEO, prompt change of priorities if necessary;
• SEO budgeting and reporting.
