SEO Specialist (Promova) in Boosters (by Genesis)

We are currently looking for SEO Specialist to join the Promova team. The primary focus of this role is to grow organic traffic.

Promova is a language learning platform that consists of a mobile app, website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 14 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy the top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

• Implementation of general SEO strategy for Promova and Keiki sites for different locales en, es, pt and others;
• Help in implementation of link building strategy (anchor plan and donor search);
• Collection of semantic kernels and optimization of website pages;
• Compilation of technical specifications for copywriters, control over the implementation of assigned tasks;
• Constant research of trends, competitors, insights and new opportunities;
• Monitoring of the main SEO metrics;
• Conducting technical audits and setting tasks for the development department to correct errors;
• Working with organic traffic conversion.

For this you will need:

• From 1.5 years of experience in SEO for English-speaking markets;
• Experience in working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, Similar Web);
• Deep understanding of site ranking factors and search engine algorithms;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console;
• English at Upper Intermediate+ level;
• In-depth knowledge of On-page, Off-page and technical site optimization.
