About the team

The RIA.com product team develops the RIA.com and RIA.com Parts marketplaces. In the past year, we have recorded 7.5+ million users and more than 8.3+ million listings. For over 10 years, the team has been developing the product and improving the experience for sellers and buyers. 

We are looking for a SEO specialist (Middle) who will strengthen the product team in the direction of working with functionality and users of marketplaces.

What you will do:

• Analysis and planning:analyze competitors, look for new growth opportunities and participate in the formation of quarterly plans and strategies.

• Optimization: conduct on-page and technical optimization, work with a crawling budget, prepare technical specifications.

• Link building:form plans with placement of links.

• Communication: work closely with PM, developers, designers and other team members, provide SEO recommendations for product tasks.

• Testing: conduct tests, analyze results and implement changes.

What is important to us:

• Experience:from 2 years in SEO, including e-commerce/marketplaces and large sites (from 10 thousand pages).

• Optimization:deep knowledge of technical and internal optimization, formation of page requirements at the design stage.

• Analytics: ability to analyze competitors, find growth points, conduct tests and draw conclusions.

• Tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SE Ranking, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Docs, ChatGPT.

• Link building:understanding of methods and the ability to build external optimization strategies.

• Technical base: knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS (basic), understanding of Core Web Vitals.

• Work organization: ability to prioritize tasks, optimize work processes (regulars, APIs, AI tools) and stay abreast of current SEO trends.

It will be an advantage:

• Experience of working in a product company.

• Examples of work with results.

• Experience of working with the Jet Octopus tool.

• Ability to analyze logs server.

How does the hiring process go:

1. Meeting-acquaintance with the recruiter and ?technical interview with the Leader of the department (45-60 min): we get to know each other, talk about your experience, expectations and the team.
2. Test task. 
3. The final interview is a meeting with the team leader (we will inform you in advance about the participants).
