We need an employee who has: higher education; 1 year of work experience; expert understanding of the principles of search engines (crawling, indexing) and ranking algorithms; in-depth technical SEO skills; expert implementation experience of the entire cycle of work on internal optimization; experience of active interaction with programmers in the execution of all cycles of work aimed at promoting the site; experience of in-depth research of the competitor market; experience of dynamic adaptation of strategies to changes in the market/ranking algorithms; experience of working with e-commerce projects under Google; work with a crawling budget; experience in developing an SEO strategy, finding new strategies, improving current ones; analytical mindset, the ability to clearly express your thoughts; basic understanding of HTML, CSS; knowledge of basic analytics tools at a high level (Google Analytics), as well as panels for webmasters (Google Search Console); deep understanding of working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, KK, Serpstat, etc.). tasks; compilation of meta-tags and titles, internal linking; search and selection of quality donors for placement; work with the semantic core (collection, cleaning, clustering); work on external optimization of the site (link building); searches for the reasons for the increase in rejections on the site, drop in positions site, analysis of the depth of views, time spent on the site, the number of conversions and other indicators; link profile audit; project analytics and reporting.
