Our client is an IT outstaffing company with a team of over 100 software engineers work in a collaborative environment. They are more than 9 years in the market and they are a leader in IT staff augmentation services.Key Qualifications:- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).- Experience in IT sector.- Strong understanding of current SEO practices, including the impact of AI and other emerging technologies.- Ability to develop and implement SEO strategies.- Experience with Google Sheets, WordPress editor, and other relevant tools.- Capability to create detailed briefs for new service pages and blog articles.- Expertise in optimizing content for higher SERP rankings.- Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other content success metric tools.- Comprehensive understanding of SEO terminologies (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, DR etc.).Responsibilities:- Conduct keyword research and market analysis to inform our content strategy.- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic.- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in all content creation and publication.- Monitor and analyze SEO performance, adjusting strategies as needed.- Provide SEO training and guidance to team members as needed.What We Offer:— A dynamic and supportive work environment.— Opportunities for professional growth and development.— Competitive salary and benefits.— Remote work flexibility.— Vacation - 14 working days; Sick leave - 7 working days.
