Responsibilities:

1.Key objective: Increase target organic traffic, grow organic share, improve rankings for key queries. Take all necessary actions to achieve this.

This includes:

• Developing project promotion strategy (semantics, content, backlinks, optimization, etc.);
• Conducting technical analysis of the website;
• Optimizing meta tags, internal linking, and more;
• Creating and implementing task lists for content, link building, design, usability through collaboration with individuals, departments, and freelancers;
• Detailed analysis of competitors and niches, identifying project growth points, and implementing best practices;
• Exploring alternative (non-obvious) project promotion methods;
• Achieving established KPIs for the project. Specific growth figures we will be recorded after your audit.

Requirements:

• Commercial SEO experience of at least 2 years;
• Experience working with English-speaking markets for at least 1 year;
• Experience in promoting projects in highly competitive niches;
• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms and factors, knowledge of key SEO trends and best practices;
• Proficient in technical and on-page website optimization;
• Demonstrated success in SEO project cases, including launch and scaling;
• Experience with major SEO tools (Google Analytics, Serpstat, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights; Google Search Console, Google Sheet);
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and WordPress;
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Your primary responsibilities will include attending introductory calls, qualifying leads, preparing and pitching custom offers, negotiating contracts, and managing accounts. You will be expected to deliver exceptional client service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
