As an SEO specialist in the Penguin-team, you will be responsible for: Conducting competitor analysis and market research; Performing a full cycle of SEO work, including analysis/ audit, creation of a promotion strategy, technical optimization, internal optimization (semantics, content); Launch of innovative SEO tests using non-standard approaches to optimization; Creation of technical tasks for developers, copywriters and designers; Search for new ways of attracting traffic and proposals for improving the conversion of existing traffic; Constant analysis and control of the progress of the project; We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: Practical knowledge of how to get to the top for complex HF requests; Experience in developing project promotion strategies with subsequent implementation; Analysis of the niche, competition, assessment of site promotion methods in the niche , identifying the most successful practices; Internal optimization: relinking, content templating, changing the structure of pages, working with site speed and setting tasks for the developer to implement changes; Generating and implementing new ideas for optimization and increasing conversion; Experience in the simultaneous promotion of several projects; Availability of successful cases in competitive niches; Creation and verification of technical tasks; Understanding of UX in SEO and an average level of English is a huge plus.
