Now the profile of our partners is changing and we are also opening up to the e-commerce industry and helping them achieve their business goals. Taking care of relationships and gradually building the trust of our partners has provided us with great independence in action, thanks to which we do truly ambitious and developing things that we really have an influence on. Before we start cooperation, you need to know that: We really appreciate the contribution of each employee to the development of the company, which is why we conduct evaluation interviews twice a year, during which we summarize our cooperation so far - honestly and transparently. During such meetings, we also create space to talk about financial conditions, so if we are all satisfied with the results achieved, there is nothing to stop your salary from increasing even twice a year! Occupational hygiene is our priority. Due to the fact that we settle accounts with clients based on the time & material formula, we are able to make sure that you do not work on more projects than is healthy and effective. At Digiffic, the standard is a maximum of 120 hours a month of work on commercial projects. We believe in maximum flexibility. That's why we offer 100% remote work. We don't mind flexible hours, as long as you plan your work in such a way that we can catch up every day and talk about current projects. Your development = our development. That is why we appreciate and support all initiatives aimed at expanding the knowledge and competences of our team, such as participation in training or industry conferences. We know how important it is to overcome language barriers - especially in our industry and in an international environment, which is why we finance lessons in the foreign language of your choice. What will your working day look like? By joining the team, you will be responsible for: ✅ preparing and implementing strategies for SEO projects; ✅ creating technical SEO audits focusing on key business aspects; ✅ ongoing analysis and technical optimization of our partners' websites based on the results achieved and jointly set goals; ✅ close cooperation with copywriters and programmers during the implementation of activities; ✅ direct communication with the client during meetings, reporting activities and ensuring high-quality cooperation; ✅ analysis of the market, trends, competition and active response to these changes.Apply to us if: You have at least 4 years of experience in the industry, which you can tell us about with specific examples. You have worked on international projects and direct contact with clients is not a challenge for you. At Digiffic, each specialist actively participates in meetings. You have a great understanding of business value and act based on hard data. You are able to organize your work and do not feel pressured, managing several projects at the same time. You are an independent person and you are not afraid to speak loudly about your ideas - at Digiffic your opinion matters! At the same time, you like to work in a team and sharing projects is not a challenge for you. You have a strong technical background and analytical skills. You know English at least at a communicative level, and talking to clients in this language will not be a problem for you (the vast majority of our clients are foreign companies). You can freely navigate Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager. You have experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Senuto and others. Experience working in a digital agency will be an additional advantage. What does the recruitment process look like? You send us your CV. We do not expect detailed or sensitive data here. We are only interested in learning more about the greatest achievements of your career so far.
