• Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. to 3 or 5 p.m.;

What does the recruitment process look like?

1. Please fill out the form;
2. If we like your professional experience, we will invite you to an initial video interview in Polish, lasting approximately 20-30 minutes;
3. We will send you a task for which we will pay to anyone who completes it 100% and within the specified time;
4. The tasks will be assessed by Dawid Duda and the person conducting the recruitment process. After analyzing the tasks, we will send simple feedback to everyone;
5. If we like the task, we will invite you to the next stage of recruitment;
6. Recruitment interview consisting of:
7. presentation of the task by the candidate, describing how he approached our task and what conclusions he had;
8. free conversation to have space to get to know each other as people;
9. employment decision.
