We are looking for another person to join the KWISS SEO Agency team - an independent specialist or SEO specialist with experience in the area of ​​e-commerce. We are a team from various parts of Poland (and beyond), working 100% remotely. We work with clients in many areas, and our primary goal in our projects is to increase organic traffic and sales. If, like us, you are passionate about figuring out the Google algorithm - come on board! :) Your tasks will include: Conducting SEO audits in accordance with our templates and preparing guidelines for technical optimization. Independently running SEO projects (experience in e-commerce is especially welcome). Planning content activities, preparing guidelines for copywriters and verifying content. Reporting results in based on Google Data Studio Planning your work in the ClickUp tool Direct contact with the client - in our process, the specialist has contact with the client to better understand his business needs and expectations, therefore we are looking for people who are communicative and not afraid to justify their position directly interview :) An important advantage that we will pay special attention to is your competences in the field of technical optimization of the website - knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS to the extent that allows you to independently introduce implementations and changes resulting from the SEO audit in CMSs such as WooCommerce, Prestashop, Magento or SAAS solutions (of course, we do not require coding skills :)) What do we offer? We work 100% remotely Flexible working hours (all you need to do is drop by once a day for a daily meeting + you will be available on Slack from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Necessary hardware and software for SEO work (currently we operate mainly based on Senuto, Ahrefs, ScreminFrog , but if you need something else - no problem) Bonus depending on the number of man-hours in individual projects Development opportunities: training, access to educational materials, work with experienced SEO specialists Once a year, a traditional 3-day company trip to the mountains or to the lake :) Co-financing for a MultiSport card What do we NOT do? we do not serve clients en masse - we want to provide high-quality services we do not overwhelm specialists with projects - by monitoring activities we are able to determine when the number of tasks exceeds your capabilities we do not have a corporate approach - what counts for us is quality, not quantity :) Each CV will be carefully considered by us , while the main element that we will pay attention to, apart from your experience, will be the projects that you have led or have led so far.
