Responsibilities:

1. Key objective: Increase targeted organic traffic from search engines and LLMs, and improve rankings for key queries. Take all necessary actions to achieve this.

This includes:

• Developing project promotion strategy (semantics, content, backlinks, optimization, etc.);

• Development of a project promotion strategy in LLMs;

• Conducting technical analysis of the website;

• Optimizing meta tags, internal linking, and more;

• Creating and implementing task lists for content, link building, design, usability through collaboration with individuals, departments, and freelancers;

• Detailed analysis of competitors and niches, identifying project growth points, and implementing best practices;

• Exploring alternative (non-obvious) project promotion methods;

• Achieving established KPIs for the project. Specific growth figures we will be recorded after your audit.

Requirements:

• Commercial SEO experience of at least 3 years;

• Experience working with English-speaking markets for at least 2 year;

• Experience in promoting projects in highly competitive niches;

• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms and factors, knowledge of key SEO trends and best practices;

• Understanding how LLMs work and the principles of optimization;

• Proficient in technical and on-page website optimization;

• Demonstrated success in SEO project cases, including launch and scaling;

• Experience with major SEO tools (Google Analytics, Serpstat, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights; Google Search Console, GTM);

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and WordPress;

• English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.

1. Key goal: Increasing target organic traffic from search engines and LLM, growth of positions on key queries. Accordingly, everything should be done to achieve it.

Namely:

• Development of a project promotion strategy in search networks (semantics, content, links, technical optimization, etc.);

• Development of a project promotion strategy in LLM;

• Providing technical analysis of the site;

• Optimization of meta tags, internal linking, etc.;

• Creation and implementation of TK for content, link building, design, usability through cooperation with people, departments, freelancers;

• Detailed analysis of competitors and niches, finding a point of growth for the project and implementation of best practices;

• Searching for alternative (non-obvious) methods of project promotion;

• Achieving the established KPIs of the project. We will fix specific growth figures together after the audit.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in SEO from 3 years;
• 2 years of experience working with English-speaking markets;
• Experience in promoting projects in highly competitive niches;

• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms and factors, knowledge of basic SEO trends and SEO best practices;

• Understanding LLM and optimization principles;

• Deep skills in technical and internal site optimization; 

• Availability of successful cases in SEO promotion. Launch and scaling;

• Experience with basic SEO tools (Google Analytics, Serpstat, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed ​​Insights; Google Search Console, GTM);

• Experience with HTML, CSS and WordPress;

• Knowledge of English at level B1 or higher.
