Your tasks:

• Systematic development of the ambassador's qualityg of the company

• High NPS and retention rate support

• Financial modeling

• Formation, approval and coordination of the implementation of target indicators

• Building quality regular management

• Business Process Management

• Building a quality sales function and client management

• Formation of customer attraction strategy and implementation control

• Formation of the current and planned organizational structure

• Management of an accountable team (participation in selection and adaptation, motivation, evaluation and development, conducting 1:1)

• Reporting

• Continuous systematic development of the accountable team

Our ideal candidate should have:

• Experience of working in similar positions for 2 years or more (CEO, COO, Director, Top Manager)

• Experience gained in companies related to recruiting will be an advantage

• Work experience in companies, Iwho provide services

• Experience and understanding of all recruiting processes

• Effective team management experience

• Willingness to set ambitious goals and achieve them

• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to find "touch points" with different people
