This role demands a blend of analytical and creative skills to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms.What You Will Do in This Role·StrategyoCraft and execute SEO & PPC strategies that align with the company's business goals.oAnalyze performance data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.·Campaign ManagementoManage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.oMonitor SEO progress and adjust tactics to improve search rankings.·Technical SEOoConduct website audits to identify technical barriers to SEO performance.oImplement on-page optimization strategies including meta-tags, headers, and content optimization.·Content DevelopmentoCollaborate on content strategy to enhance organic search visibility and PPC conversion.oCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure Paid Campaign messaging aligns with Organic Content messaging.·Digital MarketingoOversee digital campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.oUtilize analytics to drive decision-making and report on campaign performance.·Landing Page OptimizationoDevelop and test landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.oCollaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to implement best practices for conversion rate optimization.·Industry ResearchoStay abreast of the latest trends in SEO and PPC, applying insights to current strategies.oMonitor competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.·CollaborationoWork closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and seamless client journey.oProvide input on ad copy and content to align with overall marketing objectives.·Analytics and ReportingoDeliver regular reports on SEO & PPC performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.oAnalyze data to understand customer behavior and refine targeting strategies.Required QualificationsEducation·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience·Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Paid Ads campaigns.·Proven track record of creating effective ad campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs.Knowledge and Skills·Strong understanding ofGoogle & LinkedIn Ads platform, keyword research tools, and analytics.·Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.·Excellent communication and presentation skills.·Superior level of written English·Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance industry is a plus.Preferred Qualifications· Google Ads certification.·Experience with other digital marketing platforms and tools.
