For the trailing twelve months ended September 30, 2020, the company generated Net sales over $18 billion.Requirements:5+ years of experience in requirements management or business analysis in IT companiesWorkday Finance platform BA experienceExperience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocolsExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood communication and negotiation skillsAbility to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniquesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologyPrevious QA experienceShifted hours 10AM-7PM or 9AM-6PM (CET). Central time overlap required: ~2-4 hours per day.Nice to have:Experience in Agile SAFe frameworkResponsibilities:Documenting business processes, workflows, and requirements.Dissect complex problems & identify patterns.Assist in designing solutions for stakeholders based on Salesforce capabilities, including mockups or process flows if needed.Lead conversations with stakeholders for discovery and design with a range of topics including user journeys, security requirements, and exception processes.Comfortable writing and grooming user stories.Comfortable doing unit testing for acceptance criteria.Comfortable writing test scripts and executing if needed.Comfortable creating training documentation and conducting training or demos if needed.Why this position:At Intellias, where technology takes center stage, people always come before processes.
