We apply that specialist knowledge to deliver advice and strategies of value.About youWe are looking for a senior Web Developer with superior expertise in Elementor/CSS/HTML to develop and manage our media-heavy enterprise-level website - www.fullstack.com.au alongside newer developing brands.You would have experience with high-performing blog-rich websites (we have over 500 articles & resources) which have a Domain Authority above 30 and be able to walk us through them.Our website is also plugged into Hubspot and will feature an events page.Web Developer responsibilities include the continued development of our enterprise level WordPress site with particular attention paid to on-site SEO signals such as site structure and internal linking. You will be responsible for the creation/update of our website using Elementor along with:● Customization of WordPress Theme templates, layouts, and styles (PHP, HTML, CSS), using Elementor.● Review, editing and implementation of plugins● Troubleshooting and correction of layout and/or performance issues● Backup, creation, transfer, and restoration of WordPress websites and databases● Execution of website changes requested● Collaboration with Copywriting and Marketing personnel for post/page/file creation and management● Website set up according to the outlined page hierarchy● Creation of a network of websites designed specifically for the purpose of link acquisition and SEOSkills & Qualities● Customization of WordPress Theme templates, layouts, and styles (PHP, HTML, CSS)● Expertise in the creation of SEO optimised WordPress sites with high traffic - 10k+ per month● Comfortable in modifying and amending existing WordPress themes and templates to create required functionalities.● Systemised approach with CSS changes to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools● Strong understanding of PHP back-end development● Thorough and demonstrable understanding of best practice on-site SEO● In-depth understanding of search engines, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEO design and user experience● Experience with Ahrefs, SEO Rush, Ubersuggest or similar● Excellent attention to detail● Outcomes & project driven● Excellent written communication skillsHow we workWe're a high-growth distributed company and we work together online to make great things happen.
