We are AI Optimists. We believe that AI will change the world for the better. Or will destroy humanity 🫠 And until that happens, we want AI innovations to get out of scientific laboratories and into the smartphones of millions of people as soon as possible.
Both mad scientists and creative people feel comfortable working with us. We research thoughtfully, test quickly, deliver quickly. We get high from it.

• you are good at visual storytelling
• you know how to design a static picture well: Photoshop/Figma + you have layout, typography and composition skills
• you have skills in After Effect and montage
• you work quickly: you think up, test hypothesis, moving on
• in the context of popular culture: you know when the new season of Bridgerton comes out and what's going on in Reddit
• believe that great creative is not only about aesthetics, but also about effectiveness.

Will be a plus, and maybe not the only one:
• experience in a strong creative agency
• understanding of marketing metrics: CTR, install rate, etc. We believe in data-driven creativity
• experience working with Gen AI: Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Dall E, etc.
• if you are a DJ, you go to the mountains and take pictures on film 🌝.

You will:
• come up with ideas for digital content, including static and animated elements
• create both static designs and videos in After Effects < br/>• bring raw ideas to production quality, including their visual implementation
• create dynamic creative prototypes
• participate in brainstorms with the content team
• analyze your work according to marketing metrics.
