Senior Video Editor (Mеntor, AI focus) in AMO

We are looking for Creative Design Supervisor, who will help the team create strong advertising creatives, implement new tools and optimize processes. Your role is to ensure stable, systematic and scalable team work.

Your key tasks:

• Create videos and static creatives for advertising campaigns;
• Work with AI tools - search for new solutions, test and integrate them into the creative process;
• Conduct design reviews and help the team with daily work issues - from prioritization to technical solutions;
• Mentor Junior designers and help them grow;
• Optimize work processes so that the team could scale without losing quality.

For this you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in creating a large number of advertising creatives (video and static);
• Confident work in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma;
• Knowledge of the basics of animation and graphic design;
• Experience in creating AI content or a strong interest in this direction;
• Experience in mentoring junior specialists;
• Experience in organizing or optimizing processes in a team.
