The functional position is defining the style for all visual effects within the product; creating and integrating effects of various levels of complexity. including the most complex and innovative ones; determination of composition, production and timing for the implementation of effects in the game; interaction with other VFX artists, game designers and programmers Requirements for the candidate: 3 years of experience in a similar position in GameDev on casual projects; excellent composition, color, timing skills and dynamics; expert skills in creating and optimizing effects in Unity, Unreal or other game engines; expert skills in working with graphic editors; knowledge and skills in applying animation principles; experience working with shaders; knowledge of the mobile project market and its trends.
